Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NexoKits, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, contact us at nexokits3@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refunds

All sales are final. NexoKits does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Eligible items may only be exchanged in accordance with this policy.
